A general Stuttgart-area specialty roaster since 2014 with a named decaf collection — not a decaf house, but the collection reads as a deliberate editorial statement rather than a token SKU. Their own line is that decaffeinated doesn't mean less coffee, it means more care. Having CO₂, Swiss Water and sugarcane EA side by side across three lots makes them the best single place in Germany to taste the processes against each other. The roastery is closed 4–26 August, though online orders are still accepted.
