Rather than pad this page out, it stays empty until there is something actually tasted to put on it. In the meantime the roaster directory is the useful part of the site, and the guides cover what the processes do and how to brew what you buy.
When reviews do land: comparative language only, no numeric scores, the full brew protocol on every page, and a visible note on whether the coffee was bought or sent.
