The read
A general Stuttgart-area specialty roaster since 2014 with a named decaf collection — not a decaf house, but the collection reads as a deliberate editorial statement rather than a token SKU. Their own line is that decaffeinated doesn't mean less coffee, it means more care. Having CO₂, Swiss Water and sugarcane EA side by side across three lots makes them the best single place in Germany to taste the processes against each other.
